Ms. Khanna joined Bain Capital in 2000. She is a Partner based in the Boston office and is a member of the Investor Relations team.  Ms. Khanna oversees the firm’s global High Net Worth platform which spans all of Bain Capital’s lines of business.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Khanna worked in the investment banking divisions of Salomon Smith Barney.

Summary of Risk Factors

Bain Capital Private Credit (“BCPC”) is a non-exchange traded business development company (“BDC”) that expects to invest at least 80% of its total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in private credit investments (bonds and other credit instruments that are issued in private offerings or issued by private companies).
