Ms. Baran joined Bain Capital in 2020. She is a Vice President on the Investor Relations team based in the New York office.  

Previously, Ms. Baran was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs where she worked in Equity Capital Markets within the Investment Banking Division. Prior to that, she worked in Debt Capital Markets at Credit Suisse.

Ms. Baran received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Chicago.

Summary of Risk Factors

Bain Capital Private Credit (“BCPC”) is a non-exchange traded business development company (“BDC”) that expects to invest at least 80% of its total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in private credit investments (bonds and other credit instruments that are issued in private offerings or issued by private companies).
