Mr. Emery joined Bain Capital Credit in 2014. He is a Vice President in Finance based in the Boston office and serves as Chief Accounting Officer of Bain Capital Specialty Finance, Inc., a registered business development company. Previously, he was a Senior Accountant at Deloitte in their Asset Management practice focusing on mutual funds.

EDUCATION

Mr. Emery received a B.S. from the University of Connecticut. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.

Summary of Risk Factors

Bain Capital Private Credit (“BCPC”) is a non-exchange traded business development company (“BDC”) that expects to invest at least 80% of its total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in private credit investments (bonds and other credit instruments that are issued in private offerings or issued by private companies). This investment involves a high degree of risk. You should purchase these securities only if you can afford the complete loss of your investment.
