EXPERIENCE

 Mr. Kapoor joined Bain Capital in 2022 as Global Head of Operations for Capital Markets, which spans across Bain Capital Credit, Special Situations, Public Equity and Partnership Strategies. Mr. Kapoor is responsible for leading the strategy and infrastructure supporting investment operations and trade operations. Prior to Bain Capital, Mr. Kapoor served as CFO of the Asset Servicing business and Co-Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at State Street Bank and in his previous roles at JPMorgan Chase in New York led Risk Oversight for the Chief Investment Office and Middle Office Operations for the Credit Portfolio Group.

EDUCATION

Mr. Kapoor received an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University and a B.A. in Finance from Babson College.

Summary of Risk Factors

Bain Capital Private Credit (“BCPC”) is a non-exchange traded business development company (“BDC”) that expects to invest at least 80% of its total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in private credit investments (bonds and other credit instruments that are issued in private offerings or issued by private companies).
