Mr. Wu joined Bain Capital Credit in 2022. He is a Vice President in Bain Capital Credit's Sydney office. Previously Mr. Wu worked for Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company Limited, an investment company in Sydney where he was a member of the unlisted investments team covering private equity, private credit and real estate. 

EDUCATION

Mr. Wu received a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Bcom/LBB) from the University of New South Wales.

Summary of Risk Factors

Bain Capital Private Credit (“BCPC”) is a non-exchange traded business development company (“BDC”) that expects to invest at least 80% of its total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in private credit investments (bonds and other credit instruments that are issued in private offerings or issued by private companies). This investment involves a high degree of risk. You should purchase these securities only if you can afford the complete loss of your investment.
