Mr. Kennedy joined Bain Capital in 2018. He is a Partner in the Private Credit group based in Bain Capital's Sydney office responsible for investments in Australia and New Zealand. Previously, Mr. Kennedy was a Division Director in Corporate and Asset Finance at Macquarie Group and was an Associate Director at CHAMP Private Equity. Mr. Kennedy commenced his career in the Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse.

EDUCATION

Mr. Kennedy received an M.B.A. from INSEAD and a B.Comm. and B.Sc. from The University of Adelaide.

Summary of Risk Factors

Bain Capital Private Credit (“BCPC”) is a non-exchange traded business development company (“BDC”) that expects to invest at least 80% of its total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in private credit investments (bonds and other credit instruments that are issued in private offerings or issued by private companies). This investment involves a high degree of risk. You should purchase these securities only if you can afford the complete loss of your investment.
