Ms. Kanani joined Bain Capital in 2013. She is a Director on the European Investor Relations team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Kanani worked at Morgan Stanley in the London office. Following a successful three-month Summer Internship, she joined Morgan Stanley on the Graduate Program, where she spent two years in Disclosure of Interest, and two years in the Financials Sponsors Group, within the Investment Banking Division.

Summary of Risk Factors

Bain Capital Private Credit (“BCPC”) is a non-exchange traded business development company (“BDC”) that expects to invest at least 80% of its total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in private credit investments (bonds and other credit instruments that are issued in private offerings or issued by private companies). This investment involves a high degree of risk. You should purchase these securities only if you can afford the complete loss of your investment.
