Mr. Gray joined Bain Capital Credit in 2021. He is a Director in Investor Relations. Previously, Mr. Gray was a Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations at Shenkman Capital. Prior to his time at Shenkman, he was a relationship manager in Goldman Sachs’ Insurance Asset Management Group and also worked with insurance and bank clients at BlackRock.

Mr. Gray began his career at SEI Investments after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Liberty University with a B.S. in Business in 2004, and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation.

Summary of Risk Factors

Bain Capital Private Credit (“BCPC”) is a non-exchange traded business development company (“BDC”) that expects to invest at least 80% of its total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in private credit investments (bonds and other credit instruments that are issued in private offerings or issued by private companies).
