Mr. Kelly joined Bain Capital in 2019. He is a Vice President based in Bain Capital’s Boston office. He is responsible for overseeing valuations across Private Credit, Liquid and Structured Credit, and Special Situations. Previously, Mr. Kelly was an Associate at THL Credit (now First Eagle Alternative Credit) and also TPG Capital.

Mr. Kelly received a Bachelors of Science and Master’s Degree from Providence College.

Summary of Risk Factors

Bain Capital Private Credit (“BCPC”) is a non-exchange traded business development company (“BDC”) that expects to invest at least 80% of its total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in private credit investments (bonds and other credit instruments that are issued in private offerings or issued by private companies).
