Mr. Fernandez joined Bain Capital Credit in 2011. He is a Vice President in the Liquid and Structured team based in Bain Capital Credit’s Boston Office. Previously, Mr. Fernandez worked as a member of Bain Capital Credit’s Investor Relations team.

Summary of Risk Factors

Bain Capital Private Credit (“BCPC”) is a non-exchange traded business development company (“BDC”) that expects to invest at least 80% of its total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in private credit investments (bonds and other credit instruments that are issued in private offerings or issued by private companies).
