EXPERIENCE

Clare Richer is a Director for Bain Capital Private Credit. She is also a sitting Board Director of State Street Global Advisors SPDR ETF Mutual Funds. She is also a Trustee of the University of Notre Dame and a member of such board’s Compensation, Investment, Finance, and Audit Committees. Ms. Richer serves on the board of the Alzheimer’s Association, MA/NH chapter. From 2008 to 2017, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Putnam Investments Prior to joining Putnam Investments, Ms. Richer held multiple Finance, Operations, and P&L leadership roles during her 25-year tenure at Fidelity Investments culminating in her appointment as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Committee. Prior to 1983, she was a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Company. Ms. Richer graduated from the University of Notre Dame and holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration.

Summary of Risk Factors

Bain Capital Private Credit (“BCPC”) is a non-exchange traded business development company (“BDC”) that expects to invest at least 80% of its total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in private credit investments (bonds and other credit instruments that are issued in private offerings or issued by private companies). This investment involves a high degree of risk. You should purchase these securities only if you can afford the complete loss of your investment.
