Mr. Thomas joined Bain Capital in 2021. He is a Managing Director and Head of Liquid IR for Bain Capital Credit. Previously, Mr. Thomas was Head of Global Consultant Relations with Eaton Vance Management.  Prior to that he was Head of Institutional Distribution, Americas, for First State Investments, and held Institutional sales and consultant relations roles with Manulife Asset Management and Batterymarch Financial Management.

Summary of Risk Factors

Bain Capital Private Credit (“BCPC”) is a non-exchange traded business development company (“BDC”) that expects to invest at least 80% of its total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in private credit investments (bonds and other credit instruments that are issued in private offerings or issued by private companies). This investment involves a high degree of risk. You should purchase these securities only if you can afford the complete loss of your investment.
