Ms. Lucido rejoined Bain Capital in 2018 after working in the Boston and London offices from 2012-2016.  She is a Director and is based in the New York office. She is a member of the Private Credit Group and has a particular focus on investments in the media, telecom, and business services industries.

Ms. Lucido received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from Yale University.

Summary of Risk Factors

Bain Capital Private Credit (“BCPC”) is a non-exchange traded business development company (“BDC”) that expects to invest at least 80% of its total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in private credit investments (bonds and other credit instruments that are issued in private offerings or issued by private companies). This investment involves a high degree of risk. You should purchase these securities only if you can afford the complete loss of your investment.
