EXPERIENCE

Mr. Ceron joined Bain Capital Credit in 2019. He is a Vice President in the Private Credit Group based in Bain Capital Credit’s London office.

Prior to joining Bain Capital Credit, Mr. Ceron was an Investment Associate at Partners Group covering Private Debt investments across the UK and continental Europe, and an Analyst in the General Industrials Group in the Investment Banking division at Jefferies. 

EDUCATION

Mr. Ceron received an M.Sc. Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, an M.Sc. Finance from Stockholm School of Economics, and a B.Sc. in Economics and Management from the University of Padua.

Summary of Risk Factors

Bain Capital Private Credit (“BCPC”) is a non-exchange traded business development company (“BDC”) that expects to invest at least 80% of its total assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in private credit investments (bonds and other credit instruments that are issued in private offerings or issued by private companies). This investment involves a high degree of risk. You should purchase these securities only if you can afford the complete loss of your investment.
